(CBA2)/ Formative Assessment 3, is to be re-scheduled from 23.01.2024 to 29.01.2024.

In this connection, the following test design structure has been finalized by the State Assessment Cell ( SAC). Test Design Structure for FA3/CBA2:

The assessment tools will be designed to assess grade-specific
The assessment tool will include both Multiple-Choice Questions ( MCQs) and Free-Response Questions (FRs).
For Grade 3 to 8, each MCQ will have 4 options, and there will be only one correct answer for each For Grade 1and 2, MCQs will have 3 options, and there will be only one correct answer for each question.
For the formative assessment, the number of MCQs has been set at 1 This allows for testing essential concepts while giving students sufficient time to answer the questions. It also takes into account the limited number of chapters being tested in each formative assessment.

This blueprint aims to ensure that the assessment aligns with the curriculum, focuses on grade-specific skills, and provides a balanced mix of MCQs and FRs

ఈ సూచనలను ప్రతి మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారి, కాంప్లెక్స్ హెడ్మాస్టరు, CRP మరియు అందరూ ఉపాధ్యాయులు పూర్తిగా చదివి అర్ధం చేసుకొని పరీక్ష నిర్వహించాలి.
1. జిల్లా లోని అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ యాజమాన్య పాఠశాలలో మరియు ప్రైవేటు యాజమాన్య పాఠశాలలలో SCERT-AP వారి ద్వారా జారీ చేయబడ్డ ప్రశ్నా పత్రాలతో మాత్రమే తేదీ 24.11.2023 నుండి 08.12.2023 వరకు SA-I పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించాలి

2. అట్లే CBSE సిలబస్ చదువుతున్న VIII, IX తరగతుల విద్యార్థులకు తేదీ 28.11.2023 నుండి 08.12.2023 వరకు Term-I పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించాలి. (ఇందు వెంట Time Tables ను జత చేయడం అయినది)
3. 8, 9, 10వ తరగతుల విద్యార్థులకు PS, BS సంగ్రహణాత్మక మదింపు పరీక్షలు విడివిడిగా నిర్వహించాలి.
4. ఈ విద్యా సంవత్సరం 1 వ తరగతి నుండి 9 తరగతి వరకు గల విద్యార్థులకు ద్విభాష ( TM/EM) ప్రశ్నా పత్రాలను పంపడం జరినది

పరీక్షలకు ముందు చేయవలసిన పనులు:
5. జిల్లా ఉమ్మడి పరీక్షల విభాగం నుండి పంపబడే ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను, పాఠశాల వారి విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్యలను తెలుపు లిస్టులను తీసుకొని సరి చూసుకొనవలెను. ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారి మరియు ఒక సీనియర్ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుని సమక్షములో స్ట్రాంగ్ రూమ్ లో కానీ తాళముల వేసిన బాక్స్ లలో గాని భద్రపరచి వారి కస్టడీలో ఉంచుకొనవలెను.
6. 1 నుండి 5వ తరగతి వరకు ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను కాంప్లెక్స్ వారీగా (ప్రభుత్వ ప్రశ్నా పత్రములు కై ఫీజు చెల్లించిన ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలలతో సహా – లిస్టు మీ మెయిలుకు పంపడమైనది) విభజించుకొని, పాఠశాలల యొక్క తరగతి వారీగా విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య లతో కూడిన లిస్టులతో సహా 23.11.2023 వ తేదీ కాంప్లెక్స్ హెడ్మాస్టర్ కు ఇచ్చి మరల వారు పరీక్ష రోజులలో వారి కాంప్లెక్స్ లోని పాఠశాలలకు రోజువారీ ఇవ్వవలసినట్లుగా తెలియజేయవలెను.
పరీక్షల సమయంలో చేయవలసిన పనులు:
7. 6 నుండి10వ తరగతి వరకు ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను అన్ని యాజమాన్య పాఠశాలలకు MRC నుండి మాత్రమే ప్రతిరోజు టైం టేబుల్ అనుసరించి పరీక్షకు ఒక గంట ముందుగా ఇవ్వవలెను.
పరీక్షల అనంతరం చేయవలసిన పనులు:
8. పరీక్షల అనంతరం అనగా, 07.12.2023 తేదీ నుండి 09.12.2023 తేదీ వరకు మీ మండలములోని అన్ని ప్రాధమిక పాఠశాలలో ఉపాధ్యాయులు జవాబు పత్రములను కీ తయారు చేసికొని మూల్యాంకనము చేసిందీ/లేనిది పర్యవేక్షించాలి.
కాంప్లెక్స్ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు చేయవలసిన పనులు
9. కాంప్లెక్స్ హెడ్మాస్టర్ లు వారి కాంప్లెక్స్ కు సంబంధించిన అన్ని పాఠశాలల యొక్క తరగతి వారీగా విద్యార్ధుల సంఖ్య లతో కూడిన లిస్టులను, 1 నుండి 5వ తరగతి వరకు ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను MRC నుండి CRP ద్వారా 23.11.2023 వ తేదీ తెప్పించుకొని తమ కస్టడీలో ఉంచుకొనవలెను.
10. ప్రతి పరీక్ష రోజు పాఠశాలకు కేటాయించబడిన ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను, పరీక్షకు గంట ముందు మాత్రమే ఆయా పాఠశాలల ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ఇవ్వవలెను.
11. పరీక్షల అనంతరం మీ కాంప్లెక్స్ నందలి అన్ని ప్రాధమిక, ప్రాథమికోన్నత పాఠశాలలో ఉపాధ్యాయులు జవాబు పత్రములను కీ తయారు చేసికొని మూల్యాంకనము చేసింది. లేనిది పంచాలి.

12. మొదటగా మీ పాఠశాలలోని ఉపాధ్యాయుల ద్వారా విద్యార్ధులకు సబ్జెక్టువారీ సిలబస్ లను తెలియజేయండి. పరీక్షల టైం టేబుల్ తెలియపరచండి
13. పరీక్షల ముందు రోజు వరకు టైం టేబుల్ ప్రకారం ఉపాధ్యాయులు సిలబస్ ను పునఃశ్చరణ చేయునట్లు చూడండి.
పరీక్షల సమయంలో చేయవలసిన పనులు
14. 6 నుండి పదవ తరగతి విద్యార్థుల యొక్క ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను ఏ రోజుకు ఆ రోజు MRC నుండి పరీక్షకు ఒక గంట ముందు తీసుకొని పాఠశాలకు రావలెను.
15. అన్ని తరగతుల వారికి సబ్జెక్ట్ వారీగా పరీక్షా సమయం టైం టేబుల్ ప్రకారమే అనుమతించాలి.

పరీక్షల అనంతరం చేయవలసిన పనులు
16. ఉపాధ్యాయులు వారివారి సబ్జెక్టులలో స్వయముగా కీ తయారుచేసికొని విద్యార్ధుల వద్ద నుండి ప్రతి రోజు పరీక్ష తదనంతరం వెనుకకు సేకరించిన జవాబు పత్రములను మూల్యాంకనము చేయాలి. విద్యార్ధులు పొందిన మార్కులను సంబంధిత రిజిస్టర్లు నందు నమోదు చేయడంతో పాటు, నిర్ణీత సమయం లోపల CSE సైట్ నందు ఎంటర్ చేయాలి. జవాబు పత్రాలను తనిఖీ అధికారుల పరిశీలనార్ధం భద్రపరచాలి.
17. విద్యార్థులు పొందిన మార్కులను ప్రోగ్రెస్ కార్డులందు నమోదుచేసి విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రులకు పంపాలి. తక్కువ ప్రతిభ చూపిన విద్యార్థులకు ప్రత్యేక శిక్షణ ఇవ్వాలి. ఉపాధ్యాయులు-తల్లిదండ్రుల సమీక్షా సమావేశంలో SA-I నందు విద్యార్థులు చూపిన ప్రతిభపై చర్చించాలి.

The Secretaries of KGBV, APRIES, APMS, other Welfare Societies of
Schools, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, and all the
District Educational Officers are informed that, as per the reference cited
above, the Department of Electronics, IT, BT and S & T, Government of
Karnataka in association with Tata Consultancy Services announced the
National Rural IT Quiz 2023 program.

The Department and Tata
Consultancy Services came together in the year 2000 to rollout India’s frst
Rural IT Quiz aimed at educating young students (Std. 8-12) in the field
of ICT.

The Rural IT Quiz has been a very successful program for the past
23 years and has earned an entry in the Limca Book of Records as the
first IT uui rrorram for ruraz students in India.

2. It is informed that, details about the National Rural IT Quiz covering
eligibility, School and Regional level rounds and National fnals, prizes to
be won, etc. are attached. You are instructed to encourage schools in our
State to participate on a large scale, as there are prizes to be won both at
the Regional level and National level. The program will be conducted from
Aurust to November 2023 throurh onzine tests and phygital quiz
shows. Eight Regional Finals will be conducted for All India and the Winner
from each Regional Final will participate in the National fInals, scheduled
during November 2023 at Bangalore. National winners, runner-up and all
fnalists will be given higher prizes.

3. Here are some instructions to be followed immediately.
a. Sri M. Somasekhara Brahmanandam, Faculty, Dept. of Mathematics,
SCERT, ( Mobile no.9848342002) is appointed as Nodal Ofcer for the programme.

He has to co-ordinate the activities pertaining to the
National Rural IT Quiz in Andhra Pradesh. He may get in touch
with Ms Supriya Murthy from TCS (Mob: 8904855162, Email
– supriyamurthy64@gmail.com) to take this forward.

b. All the DEOs are instructed to appoint one District Coordinator to
conduct/collect the names of the students from various Govt.
Managements and Schools from Class 8th to 12th. Share the names
and contact details of District Coordinators to the State Nodal Ofcer
immediately.

c. District Coordinators are instructed to communicate time to time
with State Nodal Ofcer and attend ONLINE events regarding
conduction of Quiz, Send Best Students’ lists on time without any
grievance from any side.

d. 3 Best students per school will be allowed to participate.

e. District Coordinators have to give proper guidelines to
HMs/Principals of 8th to 12th class schools and complete school level,
division level competitions or exams using given model paper (with
State Coordinator) and submit the best students’ list to the state by
27th September 2023 in the given proforma.

f. Merit lists should be prepared as per guidelines given in the
attachment should be followed strictly and timely.

g. District IT cell should give support for ONLINE selections/events to
the selected Best Students of concerned Districts.

h. Computer Instructors or other Teachers with sound knowledge in
computers are advised to encourage the students of your school for
getting ICT content.

i. This Quiz is for the rural students from class 8 to 12 studying in
Government management schools only. Quiz is NOT open for urban
students, rural Private School students and Distant Education
Students.

4. All the DEOs and the Secretaries of Model, KGBV and other Welfare
Societies are expected to communicate the respective teachers and
students through wide publicity and time to time proceedings for getting
Good number of Prizes in both regional and as well as National Level.

ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం 73 ఇంజినీరింగ్ కళాశాలలకు అనుమతులు నిలిపివేసింది. కౌన్సెలింగ్‌ జాబితా నుంచి కూడా ఆ కళాశాలలను తొలగించింది. ఏఐసీటీఈ 252 కళాశాలలకు అనుమతులిచ్చినప్పటికీ.. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం 179 కళాశాలలను మాత్రమే కౌన్సెలింగ్‌కు అనుమతించింది. దీనికి విశ్వవిద్యాలయాలకు అనుబంధ గుర్తింపు, ఇతరత్ర సేవల కింద చెల్లించాల్సిన ఫీజుల బకాయిలను సదరు కళాశాలలు చెల్లించలేదని కారణంగా పేర్కొంది.

92 కళాశాలలకు రూ.43 వేలే ఫీజులు..

ఏపీలోని ప్రైవేట్‌ కళాశాలల్లో ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ కోర్సుల ఫీజులు నిర్ణయిస్తూ ప్రభుత్వం ఆగస్టు 6న ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. 2023-24 సంవత్సరానికి కనీస ఫీజు రూ.43 వేలు, గరిష్ఠం రూ.77 వేలుగా నిర్ణయించింది. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 220 ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ కళాశాలలకు ఫీజులు నిర్ణయించగా 92 కళాశాలల్లో కనిష్ఠ ఫీజు రూ.43 వేలుగా ఉంది. గత నాలుగేళ్లుగా కనీస ఫీజు రూ.35 వేలు ఉండగా హైకోర్టు ఆదేశాలతో రూ.8 వేలు పెరిగింది.

ఇప్పడు తప్పుగా ఎంటర్ చేసిన FA1 మార్కులు మార్పు చెయ్యచ్చు.. పైన చూపిన టాబ్ పై క్లిక్ చేసి స్టూడెంట్ id టైప్ చేసి గెట్ డీటెయిల్స్ క్లిక్ చేస్తే ఇంతకు ముందు ఎంటర్ చేసిన మార్క్స్ ని డిలీట్ చేసి..మళ్ళీ ఫ్రెష్ గా FA1 మర్క్స్ ఎంట్రీ చెయ్యచ్చు.

అక్కడ ఇఛ్చిన captcha కోడ్ ను కరెక్ట్ గా షిఫ్ట్ కీ సహాయంతో ఎంటర్ చేయండి.

లాగిన్ బటన్ క్లిక్ చేయండి.

ఇప్పుడు మీ ఎడమ చేతి వైపు ఉన్న వాటిలో services పైన CCE marks entry కనిపిస్తుంది. అది క్లిక్ చేయండి.

తరువాత studying class section subject కనిపిస్తాయి. వాటిని కావలసిన వాటిని సెలెక్ట్ చేస్తే విద్యార్థులు లిస్ట్ వస్తుంది.

ప్రతి విద్యార్థి వద్ద చదరపు గడిలో టిక్ పెట్టండి.

ప్రతి టూల్ వద్ద ప్రెసెంట్ లేదా ఆబ్సెంట్ సెలెక్ట్ చేయండి. తరువాత ఆ టూల్ లో పొందిన మార్కులు ఎంటర్ చేయండి.

టోటల్ ఆటోమాటిక్ గా వస్తుంది.

అందరివి ఎంటర్ చేశాక చివరలో సబ్మిట్ చేయండి.

దానితో ఒక క్లాస్ ఒక సెక్షన్ ఒక సబ్జెక్ట్ ఎంట్రీ పూర్తవుతుంది.

FA1MARKS ENTRY చేయడానికి ముందు student info site open చేయండి. అన్ని తరగతులలో మీపిల్లల పేర్లు ఉన్నాయో లేదో చూడండి. 1వ తరగతిలో పేర్లు కనబడ లేదు. కొన్ని తరగతులలో కూడా పేర్లు కనబడడం లేదు.అందరి పేర్లు కనబడాలి అంటే మీరు కనబడని వారి CHILD ID నెంబర్లు రాసుకోండి. తర్వాత student info site లోకి వెళ్ళండి. STUDENTS ADMISSION DETAILS EDIT OTION లోకి వెళ్ళండి. అక్కడ కనబడని పిల్లవాడి ID నెంబరు type చేయండి. details open చేయండి. అక్కడ Telugu, Hindi, English, తర్వాత na, maths, science, social కి టిక్ చేయండి. submit చేయండి. అలా పేర్లు కనబడని అందరి పేర్లకి చేయండి. అప్పుడు marks entry లో అందరి పేర్లు కనబడతాయి

1 నుంచి 10వ తరగతి వరకు విద్యార్థుల మార్కుల అప్లోడ్కు ఆదేశం.
