 రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా పదో తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు లక్ష్యం ఆధారిత కార్యక్రమాన్ని అమలు చేయాలని క్షేత్రస్థాయి అధికారులకు పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ ఆదేశాలిచ్చింది. అందులో పేర్కొన్న ప్రకారం.. ఇప్పటికే కొన్ని జిల్లాల్లో పదో తరగతి విద్యార్థుల సన్నద్ధతకు ప్రత్యేక కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహిస్తుండగా.. కొన్నిచోట్ల ఎలాంటి ప్రక్రియా చేపట్ట లేదు. అన్ని జిల్లాల్లోనూ లక్ష్యం ఆధారిత చర్యలు చేపట్టాలి.

పదో తరగతి పిల్లలకు మార్చి 8 నుంచి 16వరకు ప్రీ ఫైనల్ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహిం చనున్నారు. ఈ కారణంగా ఫార్మెటివ్-4 పరీక్షలను రద్దు చేశారు. ప్రీ ఫైనల్ పరీక్షలకు ఎస్సీ ఈఆర్టీ రూపొందించే ప్రశ్నపత్రాలను ఆన్లై న్లో స్కూళ్లకు పంపిస్తారు. ఈనెల 27 నుంచి మార్చి 31వరకు బోధించాల్సిన తరగతులు, ప్రణాళికను పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ విడుదల చేసింది. ఉదయం 8.30 నుంచి 9.15 గంటల వరకు, సాయంత్రం 4 నుంచి 4. 45 గంటల వరకు స్టడీ అవర్స్ ఉంటాయి. రోజుకు రెండు సబ్జెక్టులు వరసగా రెండు పీరియడ్లు బోధించాలి.

అలాగే, ప్రతిరోజు 20 మార్కు లకు పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారు. మొదటి 45 నిమిషాలు ప్రశ్నపత్రానికి సన్నద్ధత, పరీక్ష నిర్వహణకు కేటాయిస్తారు. తర్వాత ప్రశ్నపత్రాన్ని మూల్యాంకనం చేసి, విద్యార్థులకు సమాధానాలు వివరిస్తారు. జిల్లా పరీక్షల మండలి సబ్జెక్టు నిపుణులతో ప్రశ్నపత్రాలను రూపొందించి, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు వాట్సప్ లో పంపిస్తుంది.

తరగతిలోని విద్యార్థులను బాగా చదివేవారు, సాధారణం, వెనుకబడిన వారీగా ఉపాధ్యాయులు విభజించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. పదో తరగతికి పాఠాలు బోధించే ఉపాధ్యాయులు పిల్లల సంఖ్య ఆధారంగా కొంతమందిని గ్రూపుగా తీసుకొని, మార్గదర్శనం చేయాలని విద్యాశాఖ ఆదేశాలిచ్చింది.

The attention of all Regional joint Directors and District Educational Officers in the state is drawn to the examination timetable for Class X public exams issued in reference cited 2. It is emphasized that Class X plays a critical role in the life of a student, serving as the first board examination. As a result, parents, teachers, and the entire education department place a great deal of importance on this examination.

Many students face challenges with exam tension and worry about their performance. To mitigate these issues, it is crucial to make proper plans and guidance for students to achieve success in their exams.

However, it has come to our attention that some districts have not yet started intensive examination preparation. In light of this, it has been decided to introduce a common plan for rigorous revision and examination preparation for Class X students, to be known as Target Oriented Programme (TOP) for Class X. This programme should be implemented in conjunction with regular teaching to ensure that the syllabus is fully covered.

Therefore, all Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers in the state are directed to implement the Target Oriented Programme (TOP) for Class X in districts, where specific examination preparation plans have not yet been initiated. The detailed instructions, roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders, model time table is attached herewith for your reference.

Additionally, it has been decided to conduct the pre-final examination for Class X students to provide more practice and familiarization with the new pattern of SSC examinations. The pre-final

examination will be conducted from 9th March 2023 to 15th March 2023. The question papers for the pre-final examination will be sent through online mode.

SCERT AP will design the question papers for pre-final examination at the state level. In connection with this, Formative Assessment 4 {Slip test) for class x will be cancelled.

Therefore, please ensure that all necessary arrangements are made for the smooth conduct of the pre-final examinations, the conduct of parent awareness meetings, and the implementation of the Target Oriented Program (TOP) for Class X.

DAY WISE ACTION PLAN FOR SSC STUDENTS – 2022-2023

Guidelines for the  conduct of Target Oriented Programme . (TOP)

  • The TOP examination will be worth 20 marks in each
  • Two periods will be allotted every day for each of the four
