ప్రభుత్వ బడుల్లో వచ్చే విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుంచి 418 సీబీఎస్‌ఈ పాఠశాలలు ప్రారంభించాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించడంతో విద్యా శాఖ ఆ మేరకు ప్రతిపాదనలు సిద్ధం చేసింది. సీబీఎస్‌ఈ బోధనకు అనువుగా ఉన్నాయని గుర్తించి పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ కమిషనర్‌కు ప్రతిపాదనలు పంపింది. కార్యాలయం ఐటీ ఉద్యోగులు ఆ వివరాలను సీబీఎస్‌ఈ సైట్‌లో అప్లోడ్‌ చేసే పనుల్లో నిమగ్నమయ్యారు. నూతన జాతీయ విద్యా విధానంలో భాగంగా ఒకటి నుంచి ఇంటర్‌ దాకా పాఠశాలలోనే విద్యా బోధన జరగాలని పేర్కొంది. దాన్ని అమలు చేయడంలో భాగంగానే స్కూళ్ల గుర్తింపు ప్రక్రియను కొలిక్కి తీసుకొచ్చామని విద్యాశాఖ వర్గాలు తెలిపాయి.
జాతీయ స్థాయిలో జరిగే ఆయా ప్రవేశాలకు సీబీఎస్‌ఈ చదివిన విద్యార్థులు మాత్రమే అర్హులు అవుతున్నారు. దాన్ని దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకుని గతేడాదే కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సీబీఎస్‌ఈ స్కూళ్ల ప్రతిపాదనలు కోరింది. స్పందించిన రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం అన్ని జిల్లాల నుంచి సీబీఎస్‌ఈ ప్రవేశానికి అనువుగా ఉన్న పాఠశాలలతో ప్రతిపాదనలు పంపాలని పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ కమిషనర్‌ డీఈఓలను ఆదేశించారు. 418 ఉన్నత పాఠశాల సహ స్కూళ్లల్లో వసతులు, సౌకర్యాలు ఉన్నట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు. ప్రతిపాదనలు కార్యరూపం దాలిస్తే చాలా మంది విద్యార్థులు సీబీఎస్‌ఈలో చేరడానికి పోటీ పడతారని అధికారులు చెబుతున్నారు.
జూనియర్‌ కళాశాలలు లేని చోట
ఈ స్కూళ్ల ఎంపికలో జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖ ఆచితూచి వ్యవహరించింది. ప్రభుత్వ జూనియర్‌ కళాశాలలు లేని చోట +2 విద్యకు ప్రతిపాదించింది. ఇప్పటికే రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతి మండలంలో రెండు జూనియర్‌ కళాశాలలు ఉండాలని, వాటిల్లో ఒకటి కోఎడ్యుకేషన్‌ రెండోది బాలికల కళాశాల ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ఆదేశించింది. కళాశాలల ఏర్పాటుకు స్థలాలు, బోధనకు అధ్యాపకులు అవసరం. కానీ సీబీఎస్‌ఈ స్కూళ్లకు ప్రత్యేకించి భవనాలు అక్కర్లేదు. ప్రస్తుతం నడుస్తున్న పాఠశాలల్లోనే వాటిని కొనసాగించేలా అనువైన వాటిని ఎంపిక చేశారు.
మొత్తంమీద సీబీఎస్‌ఈ ప్రతిపాదనలు రూపుదిద్దుకోనుండటంతో ఇకమీదట ప్రతి మండలంలో +2 విద్య అందుబాటులో రానుందనేది స్పష్టమవుతోంది. ప్రస్తుతం కొనసాగుతున్న పాఠశాలల్లో సరిపడా తరగతి గదులు, బోధనకు ఉపాధ్యాయులు, క్రీడా ప్రాంగణం ఉన్న వాటినే సీబీఎస్‌ఈ స్కూళ్లకు ప్రతిపాదించారు. సాధ్యమైనంత వరకు మండల కేంద్రాల్లో ఉన్నవి, ఆ మండలంలోని అన్ని గ్రామాలకు అనువుగా ఉన్న వాటిని ఎంపిక చేశారు. ప్రధానంగా పాఠశాల స్థల విస్తీర్ణం, తరగతి గదులు, తెలుగు, ఆంగ్ల మాధ్యమాల్లో ఎన్ని తరగతులు నడుస్తున్నాయి వంటి వివరాలను అందులో పొందుపరిచారు.
ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయునికి ప్రత్యేక గది, స్టాఫ్‌ రూమ్‌, స్టోర్‌ గది, లైబ్రరీ గది, సైన్స్‌ ప్రయోగశాల, కంప్యూటర్‌ ల్యాబ్‌ ఉన్న వాటికి ప్రాధాన్యమిచ్చారు.
సీబీఎస్‌ఈ స్కూళ్లకు ప్రతిపాదనలు సిద్ధం కావడంతో ఆయా పాఠశాలల్లో పది చదువుతున్న వారిలో ఉత్సాహం నెలకొంది. ఇంటర్‌ కూడా ఇక్కడే పూర్తి చేయొచ్చని భావిస్తున్నారు.

Document Upload in HM Login Process
1.As per the requirement, The Specified documents can upload in HM login and CBSC Board can download documents with specified URL
2.User need to login using respective credentials 3.Go to path: –>Login–> School Profile → CBSC Document Upload 4. User can select document name which document want to upload. 5. Choose the file and click on upload button to upload the document 6. Uploaded documents will shown in grid like below figure, and user can delete/Download file too. 7. User can upload only PDF and DOC files. 8. CBSC Board can download these documents using URL provided in the below of screen. 9.Who want to download the documents need to open the mentioned URL in browser. 10. They can see the uploaded documents with download link as shown in below figure 11. User can download document using download link.
