All the Regional Joint Director of School Education, all the District Educational Officers, all the DIET Principals and all the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are here by informed that the Government decided to conduct induction training for newly recruited teachers who were appointed through DSC 2018, DSC 2008(MTS), DSC▲ TO In this connection all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samgra Shiksha in the State are informed that it is proposed to conduct DRPs training for ‘SGTs induction training’ at various Venues as per the schedule given in Annexure enclosed to this proceedings. The District Educational officer will act as course director and the Principal of concerned DIET will act as course coordinator. For School Assistants DRPs training the schedule and details of No. of DRPs per each Subject from each erstwhile district to be attended, details of venue is annexed to these proceedings. Further the District Educational Officers are requested to identify active teacher’s subject
wise as DRPs for SGT induction training and instruct them to attend as per the Schedule given in annexure-1. The District Educational Officers are requested to identify the DRPs for ‘School Assistant induction training’ subject wise as per the annexure-2 and instruct them to attend in the respective venues as per the schedule. Further the District educational officers are also requested to relive the SRPs asper theannexure-3 enclosed to this proceedings and instruct them to attend the training at allotted centre for their respective subject. Further it is instructed to the SRPs who are participated at DIET Srikakulam for SGTs Module writing must attend for the DRPs training at their respective DIETS as per their subject. The State Project Director Samagra Shiksha is requested to release the necessary budget for SGTs DRPs training to the respective Principal DIET. Further, the permission is accorded to the DIET Principals and the Additional Project Coordinator Samagra Shiksha to meet the necessary expenditure from the available funds. The same may be reirrbursed after duly submitting the original Bills & Vouchers to the State Project Director Samagra Shiksha. The detailed guidelines will be communicated in due course.
