Establishment-I (2) – Extension of Minimum of Time Scale to the Contractual employees working in APREI Society w.e.f 01-01- 2022- Orders Issued.
APREI సొసైటీలో పనిచేస్తున్న కాంట్రాక్టు ఉద్యోగులకు MINIMUM TIME SCALE (MTS) FROM w.e.f 01-01- 2022
In the reference 2nd cited, the Government issued orders for extension of Minimum of Time Scale to the Contractual employees working in the Government Departments, Universities, Societies, KGBV and Model Schools in the Revised Pay Scales, 2022. Further, in the reference 5 th cited, the Govt. permitted for extension of Minimum of Time Scale to the Contractual employees working in APREIS in Revised Pay Scales , 2022 w.e.f., 01-01-2022 in the respective posts in which the employees are working, subject to fulfilling the conditions stipulated in G.O.Ms.No.40 Finance (HR.I Plg.&Policy) Department Dt. 18-06-2021. In view of the above, the Minimum of time Scales are hereby extended to the Contractual employees working in APREI Society in the corresponding scales of Revised Pay Scales, 2022 of the relevant posts in which the employees are working w.e.f. 01-01-2022 as follows.
Hence, the Principals of APRE Institutions in the state are herebyinstructed to take necessary action accordingly and they are informed that, if any erroneous or irregular claim is made by them and noticed later, the same amount will be recovered from the individuals concerned in lump sum
