ఈ నెల 14వ తేదీ నుంచి 19వ తేదీ వరకు అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ, ZP, మునిసిపల్ యాజమాన్య ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల యందు “కెరీర్ వీక్” నిర్వహించవలెనని ఆదేశిస్తూ నిర్వహించవలసిన కార్యక్రమాల మార్గదర్శకాలను సర్క్యులర్ రూపంలో జారీ

9,10 వ తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు కెరీర్ గైడెన్స్ ప్రారంభం
నేటి నుంచి 19 వరకూ ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో నిర్వహణ*
వృత్తుల ఎంపికపై అవగాహన
ప్రభుత్వ , జడ్పీ , పురపాలక , కార్పొరేషన్ పాఠశాలల్లో చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థులకు భవిష్యత్తు కోర్సులు , జీవితంలో స్థిరపడేందుకు ఎంచుకోవాల్సిన కెరీర్ గురించి అవగాహన కల్పించనున్నారు.
ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల్లో 9 , 10 వ తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు ఉపయోగపడేలా ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని తీర్చిదిద్దారు.
పాఠశాలల్లో కెరీర్ గైడెన్సుపై ఉన్నత ఉపాధ్యాయులకు డైట్ అధ్యాపకులు , ప్రత్యేక రిసోర్సు పర్సన్లు ఇప్పటికే శిక్షణ ఇచ్చారు . ఈ ఉపాధ్యాయులు తరగతి గదిలో విద్యార్థులకు కెరీర్పై మార్గదర్శనం చేస్తారు
ఈ నెల 14 నుంచి 19 వ తేదీ వరకు ‘ కెరీర్ వీక్ ‘ నిర్వహించనున్నారు . ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుల ఆధ్వర్యంలో 9 , 10 వ తరగతుల విద్యార్థులకు రోజూ రెండు పిరియడ్లు కెరీర్పై అవగాహన కల్పిస్తారు . 14 న ముందుస్తు పరీక్ష , 19 న తుది పరీక్ష నిర్వహించి వారి ప్రత్యేక సామర్థ్యాల్ని అంచనా వేస్తారు . వీటి ఆధారంగా వారు ఏ కెరీర్లో రాణించే అవకాశం ఉందో తెలియజేస్తారు . దీనికి సంబంధించి విద్యార్థులకు , ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ప్రత్యేక బోధన సామగ్రి పంపారు
కార్యక్రమం ఇలా .
ఈ నెల 14 న విద్యార్థి కుటుంబంలో ఉన్న వృత్తులు , రోల్ మోడల్ గురించి చెప్పి ముందస్తు పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారు .
15 న విద్యార్థి బలాలు , వాటిని ఉపయోగించుకునే విధానం , అతనికి ఇష్టమైన కెరీర్ను అంచనా వేసి సొంతంగా అవగాహ పొందే విధంగా మార్గదర్శనం చేస్తారు .*
16 న హాల్ల్యాండ్ కెరీర్ కోడ్ పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారు*
17 న వృత్తులకు సంబంధించిన , విద్యాపరమైన సమాచారం , జాబ్ కార్డులు , కెరీర్ను ఎంచుకునే విధానం గురించి చెబుతారు
18 న విద్యార్థి భవిష్యత్తు ప్రణాళిక , తన ప్రత్యేకను చాటుకునే విధానంపై వివరిస్తారు .*
19 న కెరీర్ డే వేడుకలు నిర్వహిస్తారు .*
ఉదయం వ్యాసరచన , వక్తృత్వం ,తాను ఎంచుకున్న కెరీర్కు అనుగుణమైన దుస్తులు ధరించటం , ‘ నా కెరీర్ – నా ఎంపిక అనే అంశంపై రెండు నిమిషాల వీడియోను సంబంధిత విద్యార్థితో చేయిస్తారు . అదే రోజు రెండో పూట అతిథి ఉపన్యాసాలు , తదితర కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహిస్తారు

Objectives of the Career Week:

To increase the students and teachers access for usage of the career portal.

To create awareness on career planning and dashboard to teachers.
-
To initiate and deploy a sustained training and coaching programme for Personal Development and Career Readiness for children and adolescents in schools.

To enhance the confidence, leadership, and communication skills of students.

To improve critical thinking and problem-solving capacities for youth through Iife skills .
-
To mentor, counsel, and coach the students to harness a positive, growth mindset.

To develop effective studying habits for better academic performance in schools.
-
To track career aspirations and aptitude for suitable and appropriate skill development and capacity building programmes post school.
The day wise activities are suggested at annexure.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, the District Educational Ofcers and Principals of Govt.DIETs in the state are requested to disseminate these guidelines to all the Headmasters of High Schools under Govt. / ZP / Mpl managements with a request to ensure career week at School Level is organized. Further, All Headmasters may be requested to collect the feedback formats given at the student activity worksheet books supplied by Samagra Shiksha and to send all the collected worksheets to the DIETs concerned to study the impact of the program.
