Students Attendance – Mobile application for reporting student attendance by all Schools under all Managements everyday –Release of version 1.2
అమ్మఒడి పథకంలో ఉన్న తల్లిదండ్రులు తమ పిల్లల హాజరు శాతం 75% ఉండేలా బడికి పంపాలని కోరుతూ HM లు లిఖిత పూర్వకంగా appeal ని పంపాలి.
ఈ appeal letter ని కింది లింక్ ద్వారా ready made గా PDF రూపంలో A4 size లో మన mobile లో మన పాఠశాల పేరుతో easy గా download చేసుకోవచ్చు.
కింది లింక్ open చేసి, Dist, Mandal, School select చేసి submit tap చెయ్యండి. Next PDF Download చేసుకోండి.
విద్యార్థుల పేర్లతో కావాలంటే ప్రతి సారీ ముగ్గురి పేర్లు, Father Name, class enter చెయ్యండి. పేర్లు పెన్ను తో రాసుకోవాలి అనుకునేవారు పేర్లు enter చెయ్యకుండా submit చెయ్యండి. పేర్ల కోసం blank place వస్తుంది.
అమ్మఒడి సమాచారం
జిల్లాలోని అన్ని యాజమాన్య పాఠశాలలకు తెలియజేయునది ఏమనగా ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వ ఉత్తర్వుల మేరకు అమ్మఒడి పథకమునకు సంబంధించిన 2021-22 విద్యా సంవత్సరములో తెదీ.08-11-2021 నుండి పాఠశాల ముగింపు తేదీ వరకు జరుగు పాఠశాల పనిదినాలలో ప్రతి విద్యార్థి తప్పని సరిగా విధిగా 75% హాజరు కలిగిఉండాలి. 75% మరియు ఆ పైబడి హాజరు కలిగిన విద్యార్థులకు మాత్రమే అమ్మఒడి పథకము ద్వారా రూ.15,000/-లు ఆర్ధిక సహాయం పొందుటకు అర్హులుగా పరిగణింపబడి వారి బ్యాంకు ఖాతా నందు జమకాబడునని మరియు 75% హాజరు తక్కువైన విద్యార్థులకు అమ్మఓడి పథకము ద్వారా ఆర్ధిక సహాయము పొందుటకు అనర్హులుగా పరిగణింపబడి వారి బ్యాంకు ఖాతా నందు జమకాబడవని ఇందుమూలముగా తల్లిదండ్రులకు వినయంగా తెలియపరచు చున్నాము. కావున విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రుల దగ్గర ఈ పత్రము నందు సంతకము, ఫోన్ నెంబర్ తీసుకొని ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు దగ్గర భద్రముగా వుంచవలెను. తల్లిదండ్రుల దగ్గర ఈ పత్రము తీసుకొనని యెడల_ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు +ఆ పాఠశాలలో పనిచేస్తున్న సహోపాధ్యాయులుబాధ్యత వహించవలసి వుంటుంది.

అందరు DyEOs / MEOs /Principals/ Data Operators /MIS Co-Ordinators & CRP లకు తెలియచేయునది ఏమనగా, మీ పరిధిలో గల అన్ని యాజమాన్యములకు సంబంధించిన అన్ని పాఠశాలాల్లో STUDENT ATTENDANCE APP నందు Attendance ను ప్రతిరోజూ నమోదు చేయునట్లు చూడవలసినదిగా కోరడమైనది.
STUDENT ATTENDANCE APP ను క్రింద చూపబడిన లింక్ ద్వారా App ను Download చేసుకొని install చేసిన తరువాత పిల్లల attendance వేయుటకు *Username: UDISE CODE, Password: Child info password తో లాగిన్ అవ్వవలెను.
తరువాత App నందు ఉన్నటువంటి GENERAL SERVICES క్రింద ఉన్న Synchronize Data ను ఒకసారి select చేసి Synchronize చేసుకొనవలెను.
తరువాత INPUT SERVICE నందు గల Student Attendance ను open chesi Select Class క్రింద ఉన్నటువంటి తరగతుల వారీగా 1 నుండి 10 వ తరగతులను ఒక్కొక్కటిగా
A/B section లను Select చేసుకొని GO అనే option ను ఎన్నుకోవలెను. తదుపరి క్రింద కనబడిన పిల్లలకు Attendance/MDM confirm చేయవలెను. Absent అయిన వారికి TICK MARK తీసివేయవలెను. అలాగే MDM అమలులో ఉన్నటువంటి పాఠశాలలు MDM option క్రింద Egg Required/Chikki required option లను పూర్తి చేయవలెను. తదుపరి submit చేయవలెను.
గమనిక* –
మొట్ట మొదటి సారిగా STUDENT ATTENDANCE APP ను Install చేసిన వారు* సదరు App లో General services నందు గల *Synchronize data* ను ఒకసారి select Synchronize చేసుకొనవలెను.
1 నుండి 10 తరగతుల పిల్లలు ఎవ్వరూ పాఠశాలకు రాకపోయినప్పటికీ App ను open చేసి ప్రతి ప్రతి class A/B section లను select చేసి పిల్లలందరికీ Absent Mark చేసి Submit చేయవలెను*.

అమ్మ ఒడికి 75 % హాజరు కోసం విద్యార్థుల అటెండన్స్ పై సూచనలతో విద్యా శాఖ తాజా ఉత్తర్వులు విడుదల.Student Attendance APP లో నవంబర్ 8 నుండి నమోదు చేసే హాజరు లో 75 శాతం నే అమ్మవోడి కోసం లెక్కించడం జరుగుతుంది. Dt. 08/11/2021

School Education – Students Attendance – Mobile application for reporting student attendance by all Schools under all Managements everyday – Release of version 1.2 – Certain instructions on usage of Student Attendance APP – Student attendance will be calculated for the purpose of 75% of minimum mandatory attendance for eligibility under Ammavodi w.e.f 8-11-2021- Orders issued.
Attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District
Educational officers in the State is invited to the references read above and they are informed that in the reference 3rd read above,-3 necessary instructions issued to them to issue instructions to the feld level functionaries (Dy.EOs,-3 MEOs,-3 etc.) and all head masters/principals and teachers of all schools under all managements i.e. State Government,-3 Central Government,-3 Aided and Private Un-Aided schools shall download and install the STUDENTS ATTENDANCE mobile application and capture the student attendance everyday duly following the above steps. They shall also be informed that the said attendance will be considered for 75% attendance validation pertaining to JAGANANNA AMMAVODI faa ship proaramme and this attendance will be calculated w.e.f 8-11-2021.
2. Therefore,-3 all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational officers in the State are once again requested to follow the above instructions scrupulously and ensure all schools shall mark student’s attendance in the app
from 08.11.2021 as prescribed by the Government.
3. Any deviation observed in the above instructions,-3 will be viewed seriously
and necessary action will be initiated against the schools as per the rules in force
