మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులకు మరియు అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ యాజమాన్య పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు తెలియజేయునది ఏమనగా ఈ సంవత్సరం AWP&B 2022-23 మండల, ఆవాసప్రాంత మరియు పాఠశాల అభివృద్ధి ప్రణాళకా ప్లానింగ్ పుస్తకాలలోని అంశాలను గూగుల్ స్ప్రెడ్ షీట్ లో ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది. వాటికి సంబంధించి మూడు లింక్లులను మీకు తెలియజేయుచున్నాము ఇందులో
మొదటి లింకు అనగా మండల అభివృద్ధి ప్రణాళిక(Mandal Development Plan)ను కేవలం మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు ఎమ్ ఐ ఎస్ /డిటిఇఒ /సీఆర్పీలు /అకౌంటెంట్స్ సహాయం తో మండల స్థాయిలో నింపవలె.
రెండవ లింకు పాఠశాల అభివృద్ధి ప్రణాళిక(School Development Plan) ప్రతీ ప్రభుత్వ యాజమాన్య పాఠశాల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు నింపవలె
మూడవ లింకు అనగా ఆవాసప్రాంత అభివృద్ధి ప్రణాళిక (Habitation Development Plan)
ఈ లింకులో కేవలం ఆవాసప్రాంతంలో (పంచాయతీ) లో వున్న ప్రాథమిక/ప్రాథమికోన్నత పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు మాత్రమే నింపాలి, నింపేటప్పుడు ఆ హేబిటేషన్ లోని ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల మరియు ఇతర పాఠశాలల వివరాలు కూడా వీరే నింపాలి. ఈ ప్లాన్ తో పాటు వారి పాఠశాల అభివృద్ధి ప్రణాళికను కూడా నింపాలి. అంటే రెండు పుస్తకాలు నింపాలి. రెండు లింకులలోనూ నింపాలి.
ఈ యావత్ ప్రక్రియ ముఖ్యయంగా పాఠశాల మరియు హేబిటేషన్ ప్లాన్ లు గూగుల్ లింకులో కాంప్లెక్స్ పరిధిలోని పాఠశాలల్లో మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారుల మార్గదర్శకత్వం లో కాంప్లెక్స్ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుల పర్యవేక్షణలో పాఠశాలలు తెరవగానే త్వరితగతిన మండలం అంతా ఒకే తేదీని నిర్ణయించుకుని ఈ ప్రక్రియ ప్రారోభించాలి.
