RETIREMENT-NOTICE-TO-TEACHERS-WHO-WILL RETIRE DURING 2022
Zone-III – Mandal Educational Officers/Headmasters Grade –II and Lecturers in DIETs – Permission to retire from Service on attaining the age of Superannuation i.e., 60 years of age during the Year 2022 – Orders Issued.
The Regional Joint Director of School Education, Guntur is pleased to accord permission to the Mandal Educational Officers/Head Masters Grade- II/ Lecturers of DIETs in the zone to be retired from service from the dates noted against their names as shown in the Annexure appended to these proceedings on attaining the age of superannuation during the calendar year 2022 pending finalization of charges / allegations if any.
All the District Educational Officers/Deputy Educational Officers in the zone are requested to see that all the dues are settled by the incumbents concerned before their retirement. The Pension Sanctioning Authorities i.e., the District Educational Officers/Deputy Educational Officers are requested to see that there will not be any dues to be recovered and there will not be any allegations or charges pending against the individuals before finalization of pension proposals.
The Headmasters who are going to retire on superannuation are requested to handover their complete charge of the post of Headmaster to the senior most School Assistants who is eligible for Promotion to the Post of Headmaster, Grade-II, working in their respective schools as per the orders issued in Procs. Rc.No. 1539/C3-3/2001, Dt: 31-01- 2002 of the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. The Mandal Educational Officers are requested to hand over their complete charge of the Post of Mandal Educational Officer, who will be kept as in-charge by the District Educational Officers concerned as per Procs.Rc.No.61/C3-1/2003, dated:29-09-2009 and 06-11-2009 of the Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P, Hyderabad. All the District Educational Officers and Deputy Educational Officers in the Zone are further informed that they will be held personally responsible for irregular sanction of Pension on behalf of those incumbents whose dues to be recovered and pending charges, if any. Permission to retire from service to the teachers of ZP/GOVT managements who will retire during the year 2022 .
In the view of the particulars submitted by the deputy educational officers in the district , the DEO GUNTUR is hereby accorded permission to the teachers of ZP/Govt management who will retire from service during the year 2022, on attaining the age of superannuation, as detailed in the annexure subject to the outcome of the disciplinary cases pending if any.
