FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT -1 EXAMS 2021-22 MODEL PAPERS ENGLISH 6TH CLASS, 7TH CLASS, 8TH CLASS, 9TH CLASS, 10TH CLASS.

Guidelines for Formative Assessment:
Formative assessment is done based on four tools that cover all the language competencies (academic standards).
These are:
1. Observation
2. Notebooks
3. Project work
4. Slip tests.
50 marks are allotted for each Formative Assessment out of which, 10 marks each for observation, notebooks, project work, and 20 marks for slip tests. The teacher has to assess the performance of the learners during each term. This is not a single day activity; it is a cumulative account of what has happened in a day-to-day classroom transaction.
Criteria for awarding marks under each tool:
Observation: The oral performance of children related to classroom activities that cover the academic standards i.e., listening and speaking, reading comprehension, oral discourses and their indicators should be considered while awarding marks.
Notebooks: The written performance of children related to conventions of writing, vocabulary, grammar, written discourses and the indicators written should be considered while awarding marks.
Projects: The oral and written performance of children which cover all academic standards should be considered while awarding marks in various stages ie., planning, execution, analysis and interpretation of data, report writing and presentation with feedback.
Slip Test: This test should be conducted without giving any prior notice to children. This test should cover any two / four targeted discourses in each formative assessment. This way all the targeted discourses should be covered. This practice will help children in attempting the written discourses in Summative Tests.
The following are the evidence for awarding marks:
• Teacher’s unit cum period plans that reflect children’s performance.
• Self – Assessment tools given in TB for the use of learners.
• Student portfolio (Collection of the work done by the individual learner)
• Big books or other products evolving in groups through collaboration
• Scripts of Slip Test
Formative Assessment tools
1. Student participation / Responses / Reflection,
In Languages: Library / other book reading and reflecting (writing a report, speaking about it). In Mathematics: Framing new questions on their own.
In Science: Doing experiments and writing a lab record.
In Social Studies: Reading, Analyzing, Reflecting on current issues (writing a report and speaking about it).

4. Slip test
Evidence: Teacher’s Year – Plan, Lessons Plan, Student’s Notebooks, Project Reports, Lab records, Answer scripts, etc
నిర్మాణాత్మక మూల్యాంకనం నిర్వహణకై సూచనలు
ప్రభుత్వం సరఫరా చేసిన పాఠశాల సంసిద్ధత/వర్క్ షీట్స్ పై లేదా సంబంధిత సబ్జెక్టు లోని మొదటి పాఠం/చాప్టర్ లో FA 1 నిర్వహించాలి.*
FA 1 కి సంబంధించి ముద్రించబడిన/ఉమ్మడి ప్రశ్నపత్రాలను ఎట్టి పరిస్థితులలోనూ ఉపయోగించరాదు*
ప్రాధమిక తరగతులకు కూడా FA 1 తప్పనిసరిగా నిర్వహించాలి. దీని కొరకు SCERT వారు విడిగా మార్గదర్శకాలను విడుదల చేస్తారు.*
F.A- 1 (ఫార్మేటివ్ అసెస్మెంట్) జరుపు విధానం గురించి సూచనలు.
ఈ నెల 21 నుండి 25 వరకు ఫార్మేటివ్ అసెస్మెంట్ స్లిప్ టెస్ట్ లు నిర్వహించాలి.
సెకండరీ పాఠశాల విషయంలో
21 వ తేదీ ఉదయం తెలుగు మధ్యాహ్నం గణితం,
22వ తేదీ ఉదయం హిందీ మధ్యాహ్నం 6 7 తరగతులకు సైన్స్ 8 9 10 తరగతులకు భౌతిక శాస్త్రము అలాగే 23వ తేదీ ఉదయము ఆంగ్లము మధ్యాహ్నం సాంఘిక శాస్త్రం పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించాలి. తరువాత 25వ తేదీ జీవశాస్త్ర పరీక్ష నిర్వహించాలి
ఈసారి ఈ పరీక్షల నిర్వహణలో కొన్ని ప్రధానమైన మార్పులు చేశారు. ప్రశ్న పత్రము నేరుగా ఎస్ ఎస్ సి ఈ ఆర్ టి వారు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు మెయిల్ ద్వారా పరీక్ష సమయానికి ఒక గంట ముందు పంపుతారు. ఆ ప్రశ్నాపత్రాన్ని ఒక బోర్డు పైన ప్రదర్శించి విద్యార్థులను రాసుకోమని చెప్పాలి. తర్వాత పరీక్ష నిర్వహించాలి .
మరుసటి రోజు నుంచి పరీక్ష పత్రాలు మూల్యాంకనం చేయాలి. తరువాత ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు వాటిని అనగా మూల్యాంకనం చేసిన పరీక్షా పత్రాలను ర్యాండమ్ గా తనిఖీ చేయాలి .
ఆ తర్వాత మార్కులను నమోదు చేసి ఆన్లైన్లో సమర్పించాలి. తర్వాత తల్లిదండ్రులకు ప్రోగ్రెస్ కార్డులు ఇవ్వాలి . ఈ పరీక్షలలో తక్కువ మార్కులు వచ్చిన వారికి రెమిడియల్ టీచింగ్ ప్రత్యేకంగా చేపట్టి తరగతులు నిర్వహించాలి.
కనుక ఈ సారి నుండి పరీక్షా విధానంలో వచ్చిన మార్పులను గమనించి తదనుగుణంగా ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకోవాలి . అంతేకాక దాదాపు నవంబరు ఒకటవ తేదీ నుండి ప్రత్యేక బోధన నిర్వహించవలసి రావచ్చు.
