 *A.Headmaster* :

1.Capturing daily attendence

2.Submitting daily inspection   of TMF. Comparing AI vs Manually entered toilet photo in AI module for correctness of entries

3. Submitting daily inspection of MDM

4.Frequently checking ATR module in HM login  whether  any tickets were generated/pending/closing.  if any ticket has been  generated, it is  to be resolved and  submit the image realted to component along with remarks . Then it will go to MEO /DyEO login for  closing .

5. Updating the egg receipt(in HM service)  for  3 times in a month at the time of receiving eggs from supplier.

6. Updating chikki receipt in the app when receiving every 15 days

7. Checking the parameters of MDM   to see whether any specific attention is required on any parameter 

8. Checking parameters of TMF to see whether any specific attention is required or not

9. Frequently checking the notifications/ video links in the app for update

10. Updating entries in the NON – DAILY modules like kitchen garden, TMF materials, acknowledgements, etc

 *B.MEO/DyEO*

1. Monitor Daily Attendance of the schools in their jurisdiction.

2. Monitoring Inspections by HMs,  EWAs ,  PCs  and SHGs on MDM and ensure 100 % inspections by Intervening  with  defaulters 

3.Monitoring Inspections by HMs,  EWAs ,  PCs  and SHGs on TMF and ensure 100 % inspections by Intervening  with  defaulters 

3. Analysis of bad performance in parameters- analyzing reasons- which Schools perform badly and  Continously on MDM and TMF and rectifying

4.  Verifying Pending tickets and timely closing. 

5. Monitoring Eggs and Chikkis supply in schools- which  schools not supplied and why- 6.Monitoring entries of receipts of items like Egg, chikki, TMF materials etc in app by HMs 

6. Checking photos captured randomly

7. Comparing AI vs manual toilet photo captures in AI dash board in the schools under their jurisdiction

8. Checking MIS reports regarding various entries

9. Daily Checking 5 star rating- appreciation to best schools and warning to bottom schools

10. Sending messages – general or specific through App or fibrenet facility

 *C.MONITORING BY DEOs, ADs and DIATRICT IN- CHARGES*

1. Daily Attendance capturing – Continously monitor

2. Inspections by HMs,  EWAs, PC, SHGs and MEOs on MDM and TMF –  Intervene with 10 bottom poor mandals daily by talking to them

3. Analysis of bad performance in parameters- analyzing reasons- which School/ Mandal perform badly Continously 

4. Pending tickets and timely closing by MEOs and above levels

5. Eggs and Chikkis supply- which mandals and schools not supplied and why- Monitoring entries of receipts of items in app by HMs

6. Checking photos captured randomly

7. Comparing AI vs manual toilet photo captures in AI dash board
