AP మోడల్ స్కూల్‌లో నిర్దేశించిన ప్రకారం అరవై ఏళ్లు నిండితే ఆ నెల చివరి రోజున ప్రతి ఉద్యోగి మధ్యాహ్నానికి సర్వీసు నుండి రిటైర్ అవుతారని ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసేందుకు పాఠశాల విద్యా డైరెక్టర్ అనుమతిని ఇచ్చారు. AP మోడల్ స్కూల్స్ సొసైటీ పరిధిలోని AP మోడల్ స్కూల్స్‌లో పనిచేస్తున్న సర్వీస్ రూల్స్ యొక్క G.O.Ms.no 147 పెండింగ్‌లో ఉంది.
విషయాన్ని జాగ్రత్తగా పరిశీలించిన తర్వాత DSE ప్రభుత్వం నివేదించిన పరిస్థితులలో, GOMs.No.147 పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న ఫైనలైజేషన్‌లో నిర్దేశించినట్లుగా, AP మోడల్ స్కూల్‌ల ఉద్యోగులకు 58 నుండి 60 సంవత్సరాల వరకు పదవీ విరమణ చేస్తే వయస్సు పెంపుదల ప్రయోజనాన్ని పొడిగిస్తుంది. ఏపీ మోడల్ స్కూల్స్‌లో పనిచేస్తున్న ఉద్యోగులు సర్వీస్ రూల్స్.
